• MARINADE
  • 2 Jars Heinz Chili Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp beef bouillon in 1 cup water

Duthler Family Marinated Top Sirloin

Directions

  • 4 to 5 pieces Top Sirloin cut about 1 1/4″
  • Sprinkle lightly with unseasoned meat tenderizer and poke all over with meat fork
  • Place meat in large Tuperware-like storage container, set aside

Marinade Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in saucepan
  • Bring to a boil – stirring frequently
  • Allow to cool before pouring over meat
  • Cover & refrigerate over night

(After marinating over night)

  • Take meat out of marinade and scrape off excess from the meat
  • Grill Top Sirloin to desired temp
  • Carve grilled Top Sirloin into ½ inch strips

Sauce Directions

  • Heat leftover marinade to low boil, and pour over meat
